Good position in Banff with easy walk to town. Keg restaurant within the hotel offers good food and wonderful breakfast but is a bit expensive. We did not need air conditioning when we stayed here as it was cold and wet! The rooms were nice and the general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent

The most amazing ladies will treat you to a fantastic time of relaxation! The massage treatments leave you refreshed, peaceful, and really ready to walk out like a million bucks! The hot pools are a perfect way to unwind, and the entire feeling of the place is like no other. If you have the time, this is a perfect way to spend a few hours. Can not wait to go back and try something new!!

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting the Canadian Rockies. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. They have a large hot pool, a sauna, restaurant, bike rental, and free bus passes. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of options. Rooms are comfortable and have a mini fridge and coffee maker. They are conveniently located just South of the downtown area. I'll stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights in February 2015 and still have flashbacks to how much I loved it! Our room was cozy and comfortable, staff were helpful and the spa area was so relaxing. Maybe a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, even in the middle of winter this was fine for us Aussies. Would love to stay here again when we return to Banff in January 2017.

Stayed here for one night before heading out on a hiking trip. Found our room to be dirty and dark. There was dust and dirt on the furniture looking like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. The remote and phone surly have never been cleaned nor has the coffee maker and the hot water heater. There is no AC and the window is fairly small. On the positive side, they give you bus passes and downtown is a very short drive away.
