We stayed in a two level loft. Having a kitchenette was helpful as we were travelling with our child. Only a hot tub on site no pool. The resturant on site provided breakfast. parking included underground. In the basement level there is a laundry room. Beautiful views.

Room tip: See if you can get a larger one two level

Our stay was decent. The cost of the hotel seemed reasonable. The rooms were small but cozy. They had all the amenities needed. The staff was okay. The continental breakfast was okay. Found it a bit strange that you had to pay extra for meat... The highlight of the hotel was the grotto pool, it was a neat experience!

Undecided if we will go back on our next visit to Banff.

We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect for our family of 5. Lots of room to spread out with all of our ski gear. The parking lot is cramped, but never had a problem getting a spot. Chili's is the hotel restaurant, which although it's an American chain, was actually pretty good. They also served a pretty nice breakfast. The underground hot tub is unique, and kind of fun!

We stayed at one of the loft suites and it was amazing. The suite was modern, super clean, spacious and had tremendous views. A worthwhile escape from the hustle and bustle of Calgary.

The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating and they added to a wonderful weekend.

The breakfast was good, though it was busy with a lot of people lining up to make waffles, maybe our timing was off

Overall for the customer service, the comfort, the location and the experience this hotel is very good value for your money and gets a huge thumbs up

The room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. We upgraded to the superior 1 bedroom suite so that our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) has more room to spread out. The free breakfast vouchers we received with our reservations were very convenient to have and the breakfast offering was excellent for continental breakfast. Our only complaint was that the shower curtain was about a few inches short and tend to slip out of the bathtub making a wet mess. The grotto, with the hot tub and sauna, was very nice to go to after a long day of skiing.

Room tip: our room was on the ground floor, it got a little noisy in the mornings as people head out to the slopes with their ski boots on.

Dear Joyce,
Thanks for taking the time to review your stay at the Fox, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed our complimentary continental breakfast, and spent some time relaxing in the hot tub.
Thank you for mentioning the shower curtains. It's the first time I have been made aware of this, and I want to make sure that we are using the correct ones.
I hope we can welcome you back to Banff and the Fox Hotel & Suites very soon.
Warm Regards,
Cathy Smith
