We went there last September 2017 (Family) and we were mesmerized of the beauty of the lake. No entrance fee which was great! The lake is just breathtaking and we took loads of photos. Good for family trip - adults and kids can enjoy! Will take a trip there again this summer!

The drive to Lake Louise is worth it on it's own. It is also amazing once you get there and see the quant, rustic feel of this town. A must do!

This is one of the stars of the National Parks...an iconic lake. Once you visit, you will recognize this image forever...no matter what the season...wherever you are in the world. Don't miss the view or the all-round activities on and around the lake.

This is one of the Rockies’ precious jewels you must not miss when visiting Banff National Park. During the winter and early spring you can walk on the frozen lake, skate or even play an ice hockey game with friends. A super picturesque spot, where you can even hop on a 2 horse riding sleigh for a mini lake tour. This place is simply a winter wonderland!

We stopped here on our way elsewhere. The mountains and snow covered lake were phenomenal with big flakes coming down to add to the atmosphere! Very unimpressed with all the signs marking the hotel “property” as off-limits to us common folk, despite brochures inviting all into the hotel to shop, etc...Too bad that a monstrosity built in the backs of railway slave labour has to muddy up the beautiful shores of a beautiful lake! The hikes around the lake are fascinating!
