Stayed here for 2 nights for work and was my first Delta Hotels experience. I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel, lobby, rooms, and restaurant. Hotel is very updated thanks to renovations. They appear to be close to being done and honestly don’t impact much. Staff was extremely friendly and i love the pantry for marriott members on the 23rd floor! Tons of snacks, water, breakfast, etc

This recently upgraded hotel is just finishing up renovations and is looking fantastic. Underground parking, Starbucks in the building, and a fantastic gym. I unfortunately did not get a chance to try the restaurant but I will say it looks classy and there is a 6 foot long fireplace. Would say if you are thinking of staying downtown the price and the service combined puts this hotel at the top of the list.

The newly renovated rooms has an upscale feel. Great Views either River View or Calgary Tower View. Staff are professional, helpful, friendly. One call to the desk gets you everything you need from coffee creamer to a comb. Shout Out to front desk girl on Nov 17 around 4 pm check in (Hailey) we received great customer service from her. Great Beds, Pillows, Fancy Stand Up Shower. New television, room is well appointed. Love the reading lamp by the headboard. The parking was full underground, so we were put in the adjacent telus building underground parkade. I was ikpressed that they have an overflow parking which was also underground connected by ped way fr the Delta. Apples in the gym :) Besides the renovation, I think what stands out the most for us are their prompt and curteous staff. Will be back in the near future.

I've never stayed at this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised! It's newly renovated (although, not complete). The rooms are lovely and the club floor is the most generous grab and go of snacks any SPG property has across Canada. The lounge is open and friendly to bring your laptop, enjoy some great wine and food and feel comfortable as a solo woman traveler. Some reviewers complained that there aren't many restaurants near by and that's true. However, Calgary has uber and it's a quick ride to many great spots - but be sure to dine at the hotel which is excellent!

After a nightmare trip from sydney on air canada bus ride all we wanted to do was shower and rest in our room after 15 hours travelling we were told we would have to wait 3 hours for a room
After waiting 1 hour in a freezing cold driveway watching traveller after traveller go to reception and get a room.We had this holiday booked for 18mths i finally went to reception and expressed my dismay after some time a room was found i must say a nice room on the 17th floor
I expressed concern when booking i had read renovations were being carried out and asked to go to tge alternative marriott however this request was refused saying we w ould not be affected by the renovations ,we were apart from the debarkle of our getting a room the whole experience was a nightmare the hotel was dirty noisy and ugly with building works
Then at 6am tge fire alarm screamed for at least 1/2 an hour with only a few incoherent messages over the intercom who said stay in your room keep in mind we were on the 17th floor spoilt tge start of our holiday
