we ordered breakfast and got an upgrade, 23th floor, magnificient room with great bathroom. Very friendly staff members, swift service at breakfast, parking beneath the hotel (21$), not far away from the main walking street

Very friendly and helpful service, very professional and assisting in every manner.
Restaurant and bar is very cozy and with a fire place, breakfast menue ist very good and the hints from the waitress about the food were very helpful. The own kitchen cook homemade marmalade (Rhubarb-strawberry) was the best i've ever had (travelling all aorund the world, myself coming from Germany).
Rooms are modern with nice view over bow-river or the city and as well the calgary tower. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. big screen TV with internet connection.
Gym is open all day and night, pool and jacuzzi nearly as well, closing at midnight and opening early morning.

Their accessibility rooms, one of which I used, are really lovely and feel just like a top-end room with a few barely noticeable adjustments. The low bed looks as much a style choice as anything else, and the open shower space is delightful to step in and out of. My bed was made every day, and I had included coffee packs each morning. Their service has been kind, polite, and speedy.
Try to get a river view - it’s much more calming and “Calgarian” than the downtown view, in my opinion. Enjoy your stay!

Hotel was under a major renovation that was not communicated to me when booking. Gym closed, 1 elevator working, no lobby and parking was not available as my vehicle was to large. Once renovations are complete i will try again and post a new review.

This is a very nice hotel but the best part was I never heard neighbors or people walking in the hall. Our shower was very cool and modern. The hotel has a Starbucks on site, a nice area to print boarding passes and it's very close to the Olympic Park.

I understand that this Hotel was remolded last year, they did an excellent job. Our room was modern and clean. We were on the backside and did hear the Fire truck siren from the station that is right behind the Hotel .A hint would be to bring ear plugs and use white noise on your phone. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice gym with top of the line equipment. Had a breakfast included with our tour group and it was high quality with plenty of choices.The staff was helpful with our questions and directions as this was our first visit to Calgary. Chinatown starts 1 block away and getting to the Riverwalk only about 3 blocks. As far as price I checked most ot the similar Hotels and this was in line with them.
