We arrived late w 2 tired kids after coming from Us East coast. We called at 9 pm local time (11pm US) to inquire for shuttle - we were advised it will be taking about 30 min. We waited outside as of 9:20-10:08pm with two overtired kids and called two more times . Given the fact it took 50 min we would have clearly opted to take a cab. Upon check-in we rather experienced an attitude by the Mgr on duty.. When addressing our frustration she argued with me about the fact us waiting that long- whilst actually our driver showed us his pick-up chart to let us know that his last pick-up was at 9:18pm. We had also called prior to arrival to make arrangements for a 2queen bed room + rollaway which was confirmed.Upon check in all rooms had been sold and the only room avail was on the smaller side not allowing the extra bed.
Whilst I dodd like the lounge/restaurant/updated lobby I was very disappointed in the level of service and would rate it 1-2 stars for its service, 3 for the rest ( given the $200 price tag)
