Thinking it used to be an apartment building, okay place, tiny elevators, tiny bathrooms. Clean and well kept though. Parking is in an Impark lot behind the building. Bit of a sketchy area but that is what downtown can be like. It was close to the theater we were going to.

I spent the week in this hotel and it was perfectly fine. The suites themselves were large enough but some were larger than others. Friends stopped in rooms ending with five and eight were larger. Rooms ending in 04 and 10 were close to the lifts so some noise could be heard during the night but not a huge amount.
Unlike some reviews I found the breakfast really good including something for most people.
Great reception staff helped to make this a pleasant stay and will stay again in the future.

We checked in by 6 p.m., and Roy was on the desk. He made it possible for us to really enjoy our stay to the fullest. We found this hotel to be reasonably priced for downtown. It was a perfect location for our meetings. The rooms were nicely set up, with TVs in both bedrooms and living room. The bathroom is the only real downfall of the suit as it is very small. The continental breakfast was average with an attendant present, I have had better and I have had a lot worst. We were able to leave our vehicle parked for a few hours while we attended our appointments, which saved us downtown parking fees. We will definitely stay here again if we have downtown appointments.

Room tip: The reason we had noise at night was due to snow removal happening in the parking lot to the north. Other than that it was very quiet.

Spent one night in Calgary at this hotel. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious with a small kitchen and sitting area. Location is convenient to many downtown shops and restaurants.
Nothing wrong with the hotel at all but nothing that sets it apart either.
Decent value for the $

There is construction going on right now but other than that, our stay was pretty decent. Room was clean. The free breakfast could be better. The hotel is pretty central and walking distance to a lot of places. Hotel staff were friendly. I would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you :)
