We have long heard about Sabor and finally experienced it recently and what an experience. Friendly knowledgeable service provided by Darren who explained how the menu worked and made some very good suggestions re sharing. Three of us shared a few tapas and then each of us ordered mains: the sturgeon, the grilled octopus and the paella - all beautifully prepared and delicious....but too much. A Spanish guitarist entertained in the background. Will definitely return when next in Edmonton.

We had a team lunch here today - what a beautiful restaurant and the food - wow! The service was impeccable, quick and very friendly. Prices may appear high but well worth it when you taste the quality of the food.

You walk into a beautiful comforting decor of warm wood, brick and gentle lighting. The tables are well spaced apart - no one is bumping into your chair as they walk behind you and you don't need to talk over the next table's voices to have a conversation at your own. When you walk in you can feel the quality, love and passion they have for their restaurant - the table settings are gorgeous and even their disposable napkins feel like linen. The napkins are made from recycled paper and they are actually imported from Italy (we asked and our waitress brought us an unopened package to view - lol).

I had the Seafood Paella - prawns, scallops, calamari, mussels, clams, on a bed of Spanish-style saffron rice & vegetables. There was so much seafood on it, I could not see the rice until I ate some of it - wow - it was so very very good and very filling. I could really taste the freshness in the seafood and the vegetables. All was perfectly cooked. For dessert, I threw caution and calorie counting to the wind, and had the Triple Chocolate Slab - white & dark chocolate, oreo cookie crust, ice cream, and blackberry coulis. If you like chocolate, this is Chocolate Heaven!

I will definitely be back - but next time for dinner - I loved it here! Thank you

The restaurant is nicely decorated and great service. You get the feeling of high end since you walk in. It has a great raw bar and the paella even though it is a gourmet style paella is really good. Would love to go there again but only for special ocassions as I paid $150 for dinner for 2.

Our group shared the seafood family style. It included mussels and clams, oysters, 2 types of sea bass and 3 different deserts for $55 each. All were very good.
