Working in Edmonton for the next couple of months and was craving good Italian.
Well I just ate at Ragazzi Bistro Italiano.
It wasn't good it was FANTASTIC!!
Simple, authentic, tasty, affordable Italian.
They make everything to order so you might wait a little it, but well worth it.
I had the Baked Veal Cannolini and washed it down with a Chardonnay.
Topped it off with a match made in heaven
Monty Cristo Coffee and the home made tiramisu.
They have a full menu of all your favourites including thin crust pizza's.
I will be back and already know what I'm going to have 😜.

Atmosphere is very honey and inviting, although busy they still make the restaurant feel very comfortable. Our family tired pizzas and pasta. We loved our meals however the service was slightly under par, it seemed to take forever for our meals and for any table refills etc. Prices were well adjusted for meal portion sizes. The evening we visited their debit/credit was down so you had to go down the street for cash. Also, you definitely need a reservation, there was a line up from the time we arrived to the time we left.

My wife, son and I stopped in for lunch a couple days ago. What a wonderful place. From my sons pizza to my wife’s pasta dishes everything was wonderful and tasted so fresh. Would highly recommend!

Tucked into a strip mall on the east end of 82 Avenue in Edmonton, is this unpretentious little bistro. Although it is on 82 Avenue, this is not to be confused with "Whyte Ave." You don't need to be a hipster to enjoy Ragazzi. We're a couple of old school old folks, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. With that in mind, we headed out for what was my second visit.

We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation, and waited all of 3 minutes, then a gracious staff wisked us to our table in a snug booth, perfect for the the 2 of us on a date night.

We sipped on our pre dinner drinks while we vontemplated the menu. Dinner for us began with a well presented antipadto plate of prosciutto, capicollo, mozzarella cheese, pickled peppers, and an Italian bread roll. That certainly got out tastebuds tingling, and ready for the main course.

To accompany our main plates, I ordered aglass of Merlot, andmy lady took a glass of Chardonnay. We both ate their veal Saltimbocca, which was rolled around prosciutto and sage, and served with padta, and fabulous medly of vegetables. Delicious.

I do not need to eat dessert. I should not eat dessert. Their tiramisu tasyed absolutely wonderful, and was a terrific eay to end the meal.

The service was just right. Attentive without being intrusive. Friendly, without trying to be our new BFF.

I'd go back.
