Tom and his family serve only the best and freshest food! The menu changes seasonally so there's always new and exciting dishes to try. We travel 45 minutes each way just for a delicious bowl of red curry stew with coconut rice and a plate of drunken noodles. It's true what they say, the little hole in the wall places are always the best ♡ P.S. don't forget to have a home made coconut ice cream bar!

We are visiting Edmonton from NY and the place is a hidden gem. Food is tasty, plentiful, and hot (temp) and as spicy as you wish... customer service was perfect, place was spotless.
We had Drunkin Noodles and Pad Thai Chicken.
Thank you for a great evening!

Lan's is located in a strip mall (same one as a Dollar Store) on 118 Ave & 103 St. behind the NAIT Campus.

There is both FREE parking for mall customers and PAY parking in the same lot, so be careful where you park (different coloured lines).

The interior is nice (comfortable atmosphere) and the staff are very friendly. We (group of 3) were asked if we were in a hurry (it was Saturday so we weren't); we got the impression they would rush your order if you were on a work lunch hour.

We started with the Green Onion Cake Appetizer; hot and crispy.

I had the Shrimp Salad Rolls (3); they were good (but I prefer the one's at Doan’s).

The Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli Bowl with Spring Rolls was very good.

The Chicken Satay was large chunks of chicken on a skewer served with Jasmine Rice. It was good but it had quite a bit of (5?) spice marinade on the meat.  The Peanut sauce was also spicy.

The food was good, we would order all of it again with the exception of the Chicken Satay (a little too spiced for one person’s taste). We drank Diet Cokes (served in glass bottles).

FYI, the washrooms are for 1 person.

Overall a very nice place, we will go back.

The food is some of the best Thai we tasted in North America. Fresh, flavourful and well presented with everything made in-house! Absolutely delightful, you will not be disappointed.
