Great honeymoon

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Oct 20, 2017via mobile
Had a great cabin. One of the problems was the sheets. I had to make the bed through the night , every night, because the mattress cover and sheets would bunch up around us like we were mummys. And the hot tub was great but not so great in the chilly weather because the cabins way at the back seems like a long way when you have just a bathing suit on. Other then those 2 things we had a amazing time!!!!

It's so calming on the mind to reach a place like this. A campgroung like the camping when I was a little girl. A log cabin feeling with inviting beds like in goldilocks and the bears. There was even deers!
Great amenities, including restaurant, pool, hottub, playpen. Althought we swam in the Miette hotspring close-by instead! Little kitchenette.
Very friendly staff. Propably the nicest persons of our entire trip. Loved everything!

Except really noisy vents and the road that is very close.

We've stayed there for 2nights with my wife last September. Great accommodations, great beds and the location is just awesome! They have a hot swimming pool and hot tube outside which makes the experience even better. The first night we had an issue with the temperature in the room which was immediately fixed by maintenance fellow.
They have rooms with kitchen area but I really preferred to stay in the small cabin located at the back part of the property!
I definitely recommend this place even if the price is just a little higher. The restaurant is also great but have few tables available. Food is great and service very efficient.

Room tip: Ask for one of the cabins located at the back part of the property!

We stayed in a cabins with our kids aged 8&10. It was very comfortable. They have a good games room with darts, pool table, curling, table tennis. There were 2 small playgrounds that I saw. The heated outdoor pool and spa was nice. The cabin lacked cutlery and crockery but the staff was happy to help us with that. Great service. The restaurant was average but filled the spot. It’s is a 20 minute drive from Jasper town centre but this didn’t pose a problem for us. The accommodation is close to the hot springs.

The rooms are clean and bright. The two bedrooms big and airy. Kitchen met our needs.
Although the place was about 30 minutes out of Jasper the area was away from the crowds and had a wonderful country feel. Staff happy and cheerful and very, very helpful.

Room tip: Stand alone cottages, so no noisy foot traffic above you all night.

During a visit to Jasper staying in lots of different locations this was one of our favourite places. Loved the one bed cabin we had. This resort has loads of facilities such a range bbq's, pool and hot tub the resturant was great although we only had breakfast menu looked good for dinner. The cabins have everything you need they were clean comfortable and a great experience. I would definately come back. The miette Hot springs are very close by and i would highly recommend these we loved our time here.
