Firstly I would recommend booking in advance as they do get busy. We had no problem sorting this out online before we left the UK. It was easy to book and you get very clear instructions provided in their e-mails.
We booked the Athabasca Falls/Canyon experience which lasts around 3 hours including transport, safety briefing and getting kitted out in wet suits and life jackets.
What made the trip extra special and entertaining was our guide and skipper Greg.
As well as explaining all about the river and it's surroundings he was also keen to learn all about his 'crew' and that we all made the most of our visit to Alberta & BC giving us top tips on where to visit, eat and drink.
He definitely made sure we all had our fair share of Athabasca river water during the rapid sections of this trip!!
Also worth noting - they have a photographer taking around 10 high quality action pictures per raft at various points down the river. You can then buy these for a modest fee on a USB stick available from their booking office in the centre of Jasper.

Me and my wife are in our late 60's and never done this before. We did a grade 2 piece of the river and had a great time. We were well looked after and given a good briefing by a really nice bunch of people. Thank You.

Friendly staff and very well organized tour. I did class 3 on sunwapta river. Great nature and good rafts. I was a bit nervous what to expect but it was super easy even for unexperienced guests. Our guide Oliver was super nice and did not only navigate the raft super securely but had loads of tips for the jasper area. I felt safe throughout the whole trip and it was super fun! Thank you guys!!
