We went with 2 teenagers (not easily impressed...), but the Planetarium show had everyone spellbound. Amazing images and Peter is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It's the perfect after dinner activity.

The highlight for us was the stargazing outside afterwards. It was wonderful to see planets, star clusters and even the Andromeda Galaxy through Peter's high powered telescope. He was so patient with everyone, and it was great to get a more personal experience to view the sky in the amazing Jasper environment.

Took advantage of visiting the Jasper Planetarium when I was recently visiting Jasper. The set-up is pretty ingenious - not a lot of room but that's part of what makes it great. Peter was fantastic with his knowledge and the presentation that he shares which allows you to visit the skies above Jasper and Canada as well as traveling to other parts of our galaxy and the universe. Made me remember how wondrous the skies are and how lucky we are to be a part of this universe even if only for a short while.

The Jasper Planetarium is the newest attraction here. It is amazing, breath taking and very professional!. We liked it a lot and I can recommend it to everybody who wants to do something special. I liked it that it was showing the sky over jasper and the National Park. this makes it much more special.
Thank you for that

Jasper is the WORLD's second largest dark sky preserve, and we've all got this fascination with looking UP, at the majestic mountain line, and to the stars. Guarantee you haven't seen the Milky Way like you can see it here. Peter McMahon at the Planetarium gives a captivating 360 degree audio visual presentation of the link between our amazing landscape and the universe beyond. I even had the opportunity to see Jupiter through his telescope! My friend and I who attended were so excited, we stayed up to watch the Northern lights flash over Pyramid Lake later that evening! Thanks Peter!
