Great location for our group to meet. Since we are all around Alberta, meeting in Red Deer is a great location and the iHotel is always welcoming! Food is also a great addition to our meeting, making it very convenient for us to order while doing our meeting and have the food ready for our informal discussion.
We had our company Christmas party at iHotel in Red Deer. They were very accommodating, the decor and food were awesome, and we're planning on having our next Christmas party there as well with even more people! I would highly recommend this venue for such occasions.
This hotel was awesome! Ryan at the front desk was the absolute best. Helped us out upon our check in, and was super nice the entire time. He helped us with any and everything we requested. He was working in the hotel bar the next day. He and the other bartender, Mohammad, were both extremely polite and accommodating. They both served us very well. The food was also very good, despite the long wait, which was also very understandable seeing how busy they were.
Very good value for cost. The buffet breakfast is varied with hot and cold items. As with most buffets, keeping hot items hot is a challenge. The coffee was good, selection of juice available. We ate one supper in the lounge and it was very good. The beef dip had slices of roast beef, not deli beef and very tender. Hubby had brisket which was also good. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, soft sheets too. Plenty of towels.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The front desk named Jen was incredibly welcoming and took the time to address all my questions. She even remembered my name during my stay, which added a personal touch. Her execptional service really my visit special. Will comeback again with my family!
