Soft white robes were the bonus in our room. Breakfast was so great with so many options. There is an all day/night coffee machine close to the front desk that offers lattes and hot chocolate. The pool is not great for swimming lengths, but refreshing and the hot tub is hot!

The staff were excellent, cooperative, friendly and patient with all my questions. We had the family all together on the same floor and wing plus enjoyed the family suite where we all could gather at our busy days. We really enjoyed the kid friendly pool and the breakfast was excellent with many choices from boiled eggs to waffles and sausages and great coffee!
I highly recommend staying at the Best Western Plus in Red Deer. The staff were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The rooms furniture was pristine, very clean, awesome daily maid service.
