Room was not super clean; coffee maker in room didn’t work; shower had barely warm water - not warm enough; fitness equipment in fitness centre was in poor repair; breakfast was mediocre - we went to the nearby Tim’s after the first day.
3.5 stars, rounded up. Service was friendly. We were fortunate to receive an early check in. Our room was small (as was the fridge and TV) and but the beds and pillows were comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature was great. Room was very warm, even when we lowered the temperature as much as possible. Breakfast was decent. Overall, an okay stay.
The whole team from Front desk, housekeeping and the breakfast ladies are very nice and helpful. When I checked-in the front desk personnel was very professional and nice. She checked me in without any issues. My room was in great shape. Overall cleanliness is too notch. For the breakfast personnel, they are very nice and always smiling. Making sure that you have eaten well. Overall stay was great.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Everything you could need was there and if it wasn’t, a simple request was all it took to get it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat if I come back that way.
A shabby overnight hotel. Not very clean rooms. Tim Hortans restaurant next door. Satisfactory but not exciting breakfast . I satisfactory location, close to downtown. I would stay there again , if necessary because of price and location
