A bunch of con men and they charged me twice for my dog.
I will never stay here again !
The front desk doesn’t know what the call center said or did so it’s way better and cheaper to use Booking.com

Excellent hotel. Guest services was great. Very accommodating. Pet friendly. Very good hot breakfast with lots of room. Nice lounge for the adults in the evening. Rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. Pool was nice and waterside was fun. The hot tub was a nice added touch. I would stay here agin.

Breakfast was delicious, pool was great, service was amazing. Rooms were clean but rooms/hallways are a bit dark and could use updating. Excellent value for room rate cost. We will be back!
We take a trip to visit a family farm in Red Deer each year. We have stayed at another hotel in the Gasoline Alley section of the city and thought it would be good for a change to stay at the Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham. We are glad we did as the staff is excellent, the rooms well kept, the gym and pool spacious, and the breakfasts varied and plentiful. We will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Was too tired to drive home. Got a room here, don’t phone to book just go inside or else they’ll give you a vacation package spiel
