Three of us went to the Tim Horton's in Duncan on Drinkwater Road on Sept 5, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. We ordered two Sausage Bagel Belts, one Farmer's Wrap and two Coffees.
I am not sure if the female employee ringing our order in at the Till was new or what, but she kept charging us .30 cents extra to have one of the Bagels put on a croissant, even though we didn't want it on one. It was embarrassing to have to ask for her repeatedly to please remove it from our bill in front of our guest. Eventually, a young lady that looked to be a Manager stepped in to help. After way too much time at the Till, we paid and waited for our meals.
My husband had asked that one of the Bagel Belts be cut in half. In fact he asked two or three times at the Till and it even appeared on our receipt. But, nope, not done. That meant standing patiently at the counter for what eventually was a non-serrated edged knife and attempting to cut it at the table. Very frustrating and literally a mess that squished out everywhere and was impossible to eat neatly.
Meals were o.k, although not great. I would not order the Bagel Belt again and my husband said that although his Wrap was alright, it was the smallest sized wrap he had ever received from any Tim Horton's.
This Establishment is very conveniently located. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, but were o.k.
Would we go again? Probably, but we will definitely not rush back or order the same meals again any time soon.
