Our experience for 4 nights in August was totally enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised (after having stayed in Penticton previously) how this hotel followed all the rules for COVID. We felt very safe as guests were mandated to wear masks. We ate a few dinners and lunches during our stay and the food was good and served with a smile. wish i had written down the name of our waitress on a number of occasions - she was exceptional (#093396). It has been a few weeks and her name has slipped my mind. Front desk staff were always helpful as were all the staff we encountered. I would highly recommend.

This is the worst hotel experience of my life - after over 1000 hotel visits around the world for business and pleasure. This hotel is not recommended for family or friends events. We had high expectations for a nice holiday with our daughters are very disappointed. Do not recommend.

We were so excited to get away for a long weekend with our two daughter and pup. Unfortunately, a prescheduled visit to the pool turned into very aggressive behaviour from a specific team member (whom we heard was selling vacant seats for no shows to bookings). A junior management team did not handle the situation graciously. I will never recommend this hotel to friends or this virtual community.

We booked 2 nights at the end of our trip to the Okanagan, and we were looking forward to taking advantage of some of the Marriott Platinum perks that should have been available.

The room was average with a very noisy air conditioner. The main (only) restaurant was always busy and although we were told that they are not accepting reservations for the patio, every time we tried to get in we were told that they were fully booked and that the empty tables were reserved.... in the end on our last night we just bought a bottle of wine and sat in the lobby on the couches. I am starting to think that some of these places are using the excuse of "Covid Rules" to cover up the fact that they are just poorly organized.

One of our Marriott "perks" is that we can either have extra points or free Breakfast every morning. We always choose the breakfast option and have enjoyed wonderful meals at many great properties. Unfortunately at this this Delta, we were only offered continental breakfast and didn't find out about this until we had already ordered.

Its an OK property in a great location but don't expect any special treatment if you are a Elite or Platinum status member.

This is a great spot. Walk to all kind of places. Lots to do close by. Water sports, bikes, boardwalk etc.
They are taking exceptional care during COVID - Felt very safe during our stay.
Staff is very responsive. A good property for the Bonvoy Brand
We got a good rate - they have a lot of discounts available by becoming Bonvoy members, government, BCAA etc.
Only down side was we stayed in a Suit that had a few pieces of furniture that were wearing out. In no way took away from our great stay and the excellent suite.

Room tip: Get a higher room or be ready to put on a show to the public
