Room was clean comfortable and our room was quiet. All we needed was within walking distance. Restaurant's shopping entertainment.
The evening staff Susann was very friendly and informative.
This hotel is older, but has been renovated and our opinion is great value for the $$. Breakfast was a pretty basic continental , but if wanting a Canadian breakfast White spot or Perkins restaurants next door. WE will use Dilworth again on our next visitMore

The staff is very kind and helpful, The rooms are clean, comfortable - a home away from home. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. The pool is great. The Motel is next door to White Spot. The Dilworth is CLOSE to the shopping mall!!

the shower tiles were dirty,breakfast was terrible,patio door didn't work, ask for a quiet room and it was not quiet the people next door were so loud,there was black hair on the clean towels,front desk staff was not friendly,called the front desk to complain and the phone was busy for 20 minutes so i went to the front desk and the clerk was not there and i waited for 20 minutes then left. I would not stay there again

Look, I know the Dilworth has worn carpets, some peeling paint and has old décor but who cares, the bare bones are here and in great shape.
Our room was neat, tidy and clean, reasonably roomy, good water pressure and well worth the modest tariff.
The staff, starting with Mike when my wife & I checked in were all so helpful and friendly.
Some reviews have disparaged the Dilworth but we loved it.
Good little breakfast room ,with enjoyable brekkie and a helpful breakfast lady, a lot more than some much more expensive hotels we stayed at in our 5 weeks in Canada.
We asked if we could leave our hire car in front car park as we were away riding a motorcycle around the Rockies for 3 days and they let us park directly in front of reception, we had no problems with hire car or motorcycle in the carpark.
We wil ldefinitely stay here again if we ever get back to Kelowna

The rooms were clean and the amenities were in good shape. Bathrooms were a little bit out of date, but were overall very clean and well kept.
Fresh linens and towels in the rooms, and we especially loved the big screen tv! The breakfast served was simple, but filling.
Good location - close to restaurants, the shopping mall, and a quick cab ride way from downtown Kelowna.
Would recommend staying here if you need a place near downtown Kelowna.

It is basically a free for all after 11pm as there are no staff on duty to answer any complaints. You are on your own to put up with the chaos and don't get any sleep. A split level with 2-3 floors and no elevator. There have been no upgrades since the 70's and it is dire need of repair with cracked curtains, broken hairdryers and bedside table light. Water has been leaking onto the second floor roof for so long that there is a neat water feature with 4 inches of moss growing and weeds growing in it. Given that it is right out the window from the 3rd floor hallway the management could not have missed this and obviously have ignored the problem and haven't cared for quite a long time. The staff seem indifferent to complaints. To be fair the breakfast was passable and the pool is usable.
