We couldn't wish for a better place to spend our time in Nanaimo. The view from our room was breathtaking & Marilyn and Glenn were so welcoming and warm that we felt we are at home from the first moment. The ambient, the view & the hosts was highlight of our trip to Vancouver Island; a memory to bring smile to our face when remebered.

We will Stay at MGM anytime we visit Nanaimo again.

Thank you Marilyn and Glenn

While we had long considered a vacation to the Pacific Northwest, when we saw the photographs of this B&B online, we decided we had to stay here and then built the rest of our vacation around it. As a result, we stayed here for three days/two nights in the middle of our vacation to Vancouver, Vancouver Island, Olympic National Park and Seattle. We are so glad we did! On our way to the B&B, my wife and I both looked at each other as we entered what appeared to be a typical suburban neighborhood. We then turned a corner and stretching across the horizon was the most breathtaking view of the Salish Sea with mainland British Columbia and a snow-capped mountain range in the background. We then found it and were welcomed into the wonderfully constructed, beautifully decorated B&B by our hosts Marilyn and Glenn. Because pictures are worth a thousand words, I will let them speak for themselves about our incredible room and the breathtaking views. The awesomeness of the place was matched by Marilyn and Glenn, who simply could not have been nicer and more helpful. For those who find themselves in this little corner of the world, we could not recommend the MGM B&B any more highly.

Room tip: We saw the honeymoon room online and could not resist despite having been married for 40 years.

This place was one of the most beautiful places we stayed on our trip to canada.
Too bad we just had 2 days to spend there.. we would've loved to stay there much longer.
The hosts are unbelievably nice people and made our stay just perfect!
The sound of the waves lets you sleep like a baby. And in the morning you get a with love prepared breakfast.

Thank you marilyn and glenn for the nice memories

We wish you a merry christmas and we hope to see you again somewhen!!

On our tour through Britisch Columbia, our stay at the MGM BnB was one of the highlights. The view to the sea was so beautiful, our room and the living room (to be shared with guests - but we were the only two) have had more amenities than we expected (e.g. large bedroom, microwave, billiard, massage chair, hot tub).
And even more, Marilyn and Glenn made this a perfect stay giving us tips for restaurants and sights, having long and pleasant conversations and serving home-made, extraordinary breakfast.
If the temperature outside would have been warmer, we could have enjoyed breakfast outside directly next to the water.
We would come back here for the next Canada trip.

We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at this amazing MGM BnB. Marilyn and Glenn are so friendly and thoughtful. They make me feel like I am staying in my own house. The ocean view is breath-taking. The rooms are clean and nice. The breakfasts are really delicious! Will go back again.

Room tip: Every room is good
