these guys are theives. They stole $113 from me. Refuse to give me a refund. Totally unprofessional its a wonder how they are still in business and not dead yet. Beware do not stay here itll cost you far more then you realize

I took a chance booking a ‘superior suite’ at this place and what a mistake! The hotel description of amenities and photos posted online are not at all representative of the current state of this motel. It is VERY dirty and rundown….
We checked out early when mouse droppings were discovered under the kitchen sink in our suite!
No apologies were given and no offer was provided to change rooms when the mouse droppings were reported.
We were refunded for the remaining days on our booking but were not compensated in any way for our experience.
It was an awful and disappointing experience.
Needless to say, do not stay here!

let me just toss in there on how these owners have made alot of money off of people they are rude and have no buisness owning anything do not stay here good luck getting your damage deposit back they will make up a reason for not refunding it karma will get this joint

We checked in and checked out the same day! Absolutely disgusting! There is no excuse for the filth in our room! There was no protocol posted for COVID safety measures and clearly cleaning was of no priority. Food in the oven and stove elements, fingerprints everywhere, sticky handles and knobs, stained pillows and pillow cases, stained furniture. The list goes on and on. I will say that the front desk did refund us for two of the three nights we had booked which was a nice gesture, but he refused to refund the first night when we arrived. There was no other room offered or cleaning service when we complained about the room. Needless to say we paid for another hotel that night as we were afraid to even sit down. Will never return! We will be here in Penticton monthly, if not weekly this year staying at various hotels, but this one will not be visited again!! I have way more photos, but only 10 can be posted

This was the noisiest stay I’ve ever had. The pipes were clanging all night. It was extremely loud and I barely got any sleep. The hotel did nothing to resolve this. The place is falling apart. There is also suppose to be coffee in room, of course there was nothing.

Toilet seat was broken when we arrived, room was not serviced. And seat was not fixed while we stayed for two nights
They ignored the fact when we asked them to fix it 4 times means my girlfriend we not satisfied with our stay
Expensive for what we got all in all would not reccomend
