I had a reservation booked and somehow the 3rd party site didn't make a rule clear on the rate. With rockslide at Summerland,BC , my trip was thrown into limbo.

To be crystal clear, i never got to Penticton, but Raj (sp) was very accommodating on my plans.

I hope to be in Penticton for friends maybe in Oct. I will put this property as number one on my list to syay at, simply based on the cust service of Raj when I called direct.

The hotel seemed good from ratings and this is very important for traveller's unfamiliar with property

What an absolute dump. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Dirty, sticky carpets, health hazards, stained pillows. Fridge not clean.

Owner was smirk when I voiced my concerns and didn't seem to care.

They don't inforce the none smoking . I had smoke coming into my room with my 5 month old there.

Carpets are filthy. Tub and shower curtain dirty- shower curtain had mold/mildew. Very minimal utensils and cups and plates; 1 mug, 1 knife, no microwave where it was supposed to be one. No kettle. Loud and the other guests dogs would bark.
