Although it was very busy on our Saturday night visit, the host sat us in about 10 minutes and after ordering. Our food arrived rather quickly and the quality was excellent. The red curry had the perfect amount of spice and was paired perfectly with the delicious, albeit a bit pricey, coconut rice. I'll be back next time in Rossland.

This was a darling place to have fresh Thai. The spice was perfect with lots of variety. They don't serve alcohol so we called ahead to see if we could bring our beer, so we did.
We would have never seen it, but a local told us about it after we drilled her for dining info in Rossland.

I had been told that the food was great but service a bit slow. We went and were pleasantly surprised great food and great service.
It would be great if they got a Liquor license, but apart from that all good

We were so excited for a Thai place in Rossland that we could forgive a lot. We forgave the 40 minute wait for food, we forgave the no drink menus and having to ask for our waters to be refilled during that 40 minutes. Then the waitress told us they were moving us instead of asking. Food was waiting for us at the table but it was one of the appies, one of the mains no rice and no cutlery. We asked for cutlery and if the other appy was coming and got told that we didn't understand how Thai food worked, things come out at any time. She left and we never got cutlery. I had to go take it from an empty table. The rest of the food finally arrived but our waters stayed empty. The food was yummy enough that we decided we could try another time. Then bill time came. The husband asked how we wanted the bills and we asked for listed that two of us were together and listed our dishes and that the other was separate. He left and after 5-7 minutes of him standing around talking we went up to go pay. He told us to stay seated. Another 5 minutes he came over and had the bills totally wrong. We explained and he turned to his poor wife and said you handle this and left. She wrote down everything we had but then added it up incorrectly and left us for another 10 minutes. We left this place feeling sad which was unexpected and disappointing. I don't know if things were already going wrong with us so they decided we were expendable or what but I don't even know if we'll try takeout there.

I went to mook with great expectations but unfortunately they were dashed. The waitresses though friendly seemed out of their depth because of the organisation of the restaurant. We had Tom yum goong and crispy wonton. These were served at the same time as 1 of the 2 main dishes and the rice. The other dish after reminding came about 30 mins later when the rice was cold. The atmosphere was pleasant though. The biggest issue was the quality of the food. Probably the worst Thai I have eaten.on the positives, the Tom yum was flavoursome but not normal Tom yum. The problem came with the 2 main dishes. The beef and ginger though tender had no ginger, just beef in gravy. We had asked for one of the 2 crispy seabass dishes.but these weren't available but a twice the price sea bass curry was. That was the dish that came 30 mins later than the rice. It was a chunk of fish which was the strangest seabass I've ever had, more like river cobbler with a thin curry sauce over the top. Very very disappointed and it was quite expensive compared to other restaurants locally. Let's hope it was just teething problems as it is new and was very busy.
