Overall transfer from Vancouver Cruise Terminal to Whistler was smooth after communicating with John a few times on whatsapp re meeting points etc. He included a drive to Stanly Park, Lynn Canyon suspension bridge, Salmon farm and listen to our other needs on our way to Whistler. He was on time, friendly with local knowledge.
Note: van is not the most modern and not a Mercedes, however was comfortable and we were happy to support a small family business. Thank you John for looking after our Family.

Johnson (John) picked up my wife and I up from Seattle Cruise Port and took us to our hotel in Vancouver. He kept us informed at all times via email and WhatsApp. He was there early and we had a great drive to our hotel. We stopped twice for comfort breaks. John was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
We decided to do an 8 our tour with him a few days later to see the best of Vancouver. $300 Canadian dollars got us the most amazing day. John took us to see:
Stanley Park
English Bay
Grenville Island
Lynn Valley suspension Bridge
The salmon hatchery
West Vancouver rich list houses (unreal!)
And Horseshoe Bay
He gave us plenty of free time at every stop and was there to take us to the next spot on time every time. I cannot rate his service highly enough. A truly 5 star service.

I am a travel professional with 30+ years experience.
I recently booked a transfer from Vancouver to Sun Peaks for my clients. Sadly the service was cancelled with no apology, explanation or notice the day before they arrived.
Even sadder still is that the money (nearly AUD1000) was never refunded.
I read interestedly about people calling this service a scam. I wouldn't say it's a scam but I would say it's an incredibly unreliable and unprofessional business with whom NO ONE should do business.
I read reviews before I book services 100% of the time, and in June last year this business had a much higher rating than 3/5. Clearly something has gone wrong since then.
So let this be a warning to other travel professionals and travellers alike - do not use this company.

We used the Whistler Van private charter for our group from YVR to Whistler and lucked out to get Gary , a lifelong Vancouverer, as our driver. He was an entertaining character who was almost like our own private tour of Vancouver and the sea-to-sky to Whistler during the 2 hr drive. Great service! Gary rocks!!
