We’ve booked and used numerous transfer companies in BC and AB in the last 4 years so I do feel that we have some experience with this type of service.

If you want to book a shuttle company and know that you will safely arrive then I highly suggest you book another shuttle provider.

On both occasions with this company a vehicle arrived that barely fit all luggage pieces, this was despite the booking having the number of luggage pieces listed. It was a case of playing Tetris with the luggage bags and bags pressing on seatbelts and requiring clambering over to get around the vehicle.

On one occasion the driver messaged the day before confirming the time being 30 mins earlier than was initially booked, whilst good communication this change in time impacted us and our plans significantly.

On both occasions the driver had a vehicle that did not seem fully road worthy, the suspension was strange and the handling and wheel alignment was off, this contributed to the vehicle bouncing and swerving on the road creating travel sickness from passengers.

On both occasions the driver sped on all parts of the road and concerningly during corners on the Coquihalla highway. The driver was asked multiple times to slow down, this request was only listened to for a short time before speeding resumed and as such even dangerous drifting around corners.

These are just the significant moments that contributed to us feeling unsafe. I urge caution if choosing this company - cheaper doesn’t equal better (and definitely not safer).

I was terrified the whole way because of speeding, swerving, driver texting and kids vomiting because of the erratic driving - it wasn’t even a mountain road! Pleasant and helpful drivers but they need to drive more safely.

This was an extremely bad experience, the driver was not only fluctuating in speed but also swerving in and out of the lane! This made not one but two people inside the vehicle throw up, might I add it was on a straight high way. The vehicle was un equipped for the multiple ski bags.
