Absolutely stunning.
From the moment I walked into the hotel lobby, I was greeted with such high level of hospitality. The gentleman who appeared to be the concierge walked me into the lift - accompanying me up to level 2 to be checked in.
Checking in was also a breeze, in less than 5 minutes I got to level 9. My room was impeccable with a heated bathroom flooring temp at 88F. Perfect.
The in room dining service was also second to none. Food was served within 30 minutes of ordering, and it was delicious. I was also able to request tray to be collected. Within 10 minutes, the tray was gone and it was so seamless as they did not knock on my door nor made any noises outside my room.
This is by far the best stay I've had in Vancouver. Will definitely return!More
