If you want your toddler to get engaged and familiar with games, science and new things, this is the place to go on a weekly basis. Their lego section is even great for adult and seniors. I've never seen my son and mom to be so engaged in one place!

We had a few hours to kill before our train, and this science center is only a few blocks away from the train station. We assumed the museum was geared more to elementary school kids, but our 16, 13, and 11 year old sons had a great time here. There are lots of interactive exhibits, and nearly all are actually current, using up-to-date technology, and in working order. This is definitely not a place most adults would enjoy on their own, but with kids we all found something to keep us interested. We also took in an IMAZX movie about whales. The IMAX theater is at the top of the building and a nice facility. They have a AAA discount, be sure to ask.

Good exhibits and lots to do for all ages. I've seen bigger science centres in Ontario, so I was disappointed with its smaller size. Good choice of food at cafeteria. This is located in busy area of Vancouver and driving will take time due to traffic. Take the skytrain instead to save yourself some stress.

Spent a couple of hours at Science World. My children loved it. It has a bunch of hands on things to do. There are also live demonstrations of different kinds of cool science. It's located on the water with a park next to it. They have an IMAX theater. We didn't have time to see a movie that day. If we find ourselves back in Vancouver-we will visit again. Lots of fun.

A great way to spend a few hours, a very good interactive experience. Our grandchildren had visited a few years ago and said we must do it. We were not dissappointed, you are never too old to learn.
