On a sunny day ...A place to visit to have a good Birdseye view of North and West Vancouver along with Downtown area .

Canada Place offers great views of Northern Vancouver and beyond up to Grouse Mountain. It is also a good place to watch the harbour in action, the sea bus transporting passengers between North Vancouver and Downtown and the sea planes talking off and landing.
It is always busy as this is the port for the cruise ships which are a regular sight in Vancouver. It is a nice place to stroll or people watch on a sunny afternoon.

Lovely spot on the seafront. The roof is Vancouver version of Sydney opera house and most impressive. Two very large cruise ships docked when I visited which added to the spectacle. Great views of North vancouver from here.

Canada Place is one of the best cruise ship docks that I've ever seen and experienced. On the skyline it has a roof that looks like huge sails. There is a long promenade and multi-layers for city walking and viewing. Boarding a cruise ship here I found that the signage was quite good and the area roomy; thus, a smooth send off. Photos are from aboard a ship. Enjoy!

Canada place is a great place to view some of the big cruise ships that dock in Vancouver. A lot of the Princess and Royal Caribbean cruises dock there before moving up to alaska. We saw loads of cruise ships. Some nice bars down there too.
