It rained whist we were here but there is cover in the markets. I enjoyed the look around, especially the artisan restaurant but better if the weather is good.

On the island is a public market wit all sorts of stands with the finest meats fish and produce. The market also has a food court with an assortment of ethnic foods. There are also artisans in the market with interesting jewelry. The Island itself has many art galleries and restaurants a fun place to spend a few hours

We did not know what to expect - however, when we go there it was a real pleasure to walk through the market stalls with lots of fruits and vegetable, as well a local artifacts.
There are numerous shops to explore, so the hour we had was not enought

Lots of ateliers, art shops, studios etc., in this interesting area. We parked our car (for a fee) and then walked around stopping in the many shops. You can get anything from a melon to a depth finder for your boat. We stopped at the Keg for a beer and some appetizers before we set off again. We spent an hour and a half walking around, but could easily have doubled the time.

This place is not just for tourists. It's a treat for locals for their relaxing weekends. I like soups from Stock Market, coffee shop at the end of food market. Near by Go FISH! joint is really awesome too.
