We stayed here for four nights on a long weekend away. We used points to stay these. I chose the hotel because of the good deal and because I thought it was connected to the St. Regis chain. Despite that, the hotel is a quality boutique hotel. There is a nice breakfast provided. The hotel is centrally located.
The critiques I have are
the size of the rooms - small;
Windows are poorly insulated;
Bathroom is not well heated - but has a cold window;
The noise factor doesn't bother me but there is a low din if traffic occasionally.
The other thing that was frustrating is that a number of staff were unable to answer what should be easy questions about where to catch a bus or the sky train. When we Asked a number of questions they had to jump on google to find an answer. If I needed google, I could search myself. More
