Was in Vancouver and lucky to be staying at this great little 5 story boutique hotel in the center of downtown....and Vancouver is such a walkable city. Took the train from the airport 25 minutes....and only a one block walk to the hotel. Juan greeted me personally with such a pleasant voice.....beautiful room on the 4th floor...corner...plush bed...beautiful bathroom.....I could not ask for anything else....4 blocks away is the other train to the suburbs...plus a short walk to all the great streets.....at night the area is quiet.....5 stars for this hotel......

2night stay in a Queen room at $135CAD/night

Pros
- Location great, right outside SkyTrain from the airport (less than 30mins). Right in the middle of the city centre but not very noisy.
- Nice semi boutique furnishing although room slightly small.
- Complementary wifi and wired internet access.
- Complementary cooked breakfast provided. There is a business lounge with 2 computers and printer available.
- Complementary local and international calls!
- Complementary bottled water.

Cons
- Only one elevator can be a little slow at times, but it was only a short walk down the stairs.
- Master switch for all room/bathroom lights by the door (it also operates bedlights). It needs to be switched on to operate any lights including bathroom (woke my wife up when I needed to go to the bathroom).

Overall a great hotel. 5 star location. Staff great. Numerous complementary additions make you feel welcome. The negatives are few and minor which should not deter guests from staying at this hotel.

Room Tip: Lower level floor might be better for access if you want to take the stairs.

After reading all the reviews on TA we booked for a three night stay over new year. The Hotel is small but wonderful. Our room was on the forth floor and ideal for the two of us, not massive, but a lovely and clean, fantastic bed and great bathroom, we really don't wan't much more..... but there is. The staff are great, not pushy or overly intrusive, just polite and helpful. Free WIFI, Great breakfast provided by polite and 'smilly' people and a great sports bar attached to the side of the hotel that's easy going and welcoming. Location can't be faulted for exploring Vancouver and we managed to walk everywhere we wanted to go thanks to the central location to everything. If your arriving at Vancouver airport, just jump on the train, it's easy! You can stay as other 'posh' hotels if you really want, but if your after somewhere a little bit different and fantastic value for money then I'd suggest that this is the place for you.... we loved it!

Room Tip: If your arriving at Vancouver Airport, get on either of the train options and get off 'downtown' hotel is a 2 min walk from from any exit!

My husband and I had a 1 night stop over in Vancouver. We selected St Regis and so glad we did. Fantastic value for money with nice clean modern rooms. Very helpful staff and the incl breakfast was ore than what we expected. Fantastic downtown location, easy walk to key shopping areas, Stanley park and gas town. Would also recommend the St Regis bar and grill, fantastic food with very generous servings.
