OK it is possible that we have missed a sushi house somewhere, but Kishimoto prepares and presents stunningly perfect food. We started with Tempura season veggies and had several rolls and sushi. Excellent seasoning, fresh fish and presentation. I do prefer imported saki to the local and I think the smoked salmon in the specialty rolls overpowers the other ingredients.
If you have to wait, do wait, this is a great place to eat.
