It was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Room is beautiful. Got our check in early. Got a free bottle of wine for my friends birthday. They even came around to our room with complimentary things we may need. I will definitely come back. We also were perfectly located in the city. Steps from BC place.

When I arrived (late), the hotel staff were super nice and professional. Since it was available, they upgraded me to a larger suite at no extra charge. Friends were a bit loud later and they politely informed us. I very much respect the staff.

We went here only to have breakfast and it was absolutely worth it! A choice between nine different breakfast menus with aditional options. Best qualiuty products and a super friendly service. Enter via the hotel lobby and up the stairs to the breakfast area.

The rooms were decent. It's the first hotel room I've stayed in that didn't have carpets, which was good. It seems cleaner. The bed was comfortable. I was looking forward to trying out the Dyson hairdryer, as the room advertised, but it was a basic Conair hairdryer. Guess the Dyson's are reserved for the top tier rooms(?). Definitely pricy, but you pay to have such proximity to all the restaurants and venues. Everything is walking distance. We would likely stay here again in the future.
