Great Location and Excellent Service

Stayed 3 nights for business meetings. Meeting rooms are not optimal for privacy and away from noise but the service and food well made up for it.
Very classy hotel with friendly reception staff. Recommend for a downtown stay.

My favourite hotel in my favourite city

This hotel is very comfortable, well-located, well-designed, elegant and understated and all of the staff are excellent. It's a pleasure staying here and I have done so every time I have been in Vancouver. It's central yet off the main street and close to the wonderful harbour area with the best view in the world. I love the free bike use provided by the hotel and the ride around the seawall. Excellent !!

Perfect get away

This was our 2nd stay at The Loden this year. We are addicted to the wonderful staff who go the extra mile for you (who ever does the hiring is genius!), and the warm luxurious atmosphere which is so inviting. Thank you Loden!

Loden Stay

Hotel was very hip & great looking, but not too much foot traffic or hipsters on the street. The evenings were very quiet & the streets were empty.
The staff was very friendly, cool & beautiful. Depending on who you spoke to, not all the hotel amenities & general info was conveyed upon check in or throughout our stay.
The breakfast spread was great! Didn't have such a great experience at the restaurant downstairs.
The car service was a perk to your local destination, but it should also return you to the hotel, like the Four Seasons.
All-in-all it was a great stay at the Loden.

Perfect stay while attending FIGO at Vancouver Convention Centre

The staff was very kind and helpful. My room had an enchanting view. It was beautifully decorated and practical for working. I borrowed a nice bike to discover the city and had breakfast and (once) dinner with very good cocktails in the adjacent bistro. Would certainly return if going back to Vancouver!
