We had a wonderful stay at the Loden Hotel. The service was great from our greeting at the entrance to our check-in and throughout our stay. We loved the room and amenities. We also enjoyed dinner and breakfast at Tableau. Loden really has everything we look for. It’s a gem. Thank you to the staff.

The hotel is extremely well run and the staff was very attentive. The Decore of our room was outstanding. The restaurant and bar located off the lobby was very well done. The location is ideal for seeing all of the attractions that the city has to offer and particularly being able to traverse the harbor with all of its beauty.

We booked a nice room at Loden and were upgraded to the penthouse at check in. OMG. Unbelievable. Stunning (an understatement). Needless to say the staff was fabulous, perfectly acccommodatiing. Not because we were in the penthouse but because they are all over-the-top professional and downright pleasant people. We will come back to Vancouver BC because the city is wonderful. We will come back to the Loden because the memories will last forever. Thank you Loden.
