Since our cruise ended in Vancouver on a Friday, we decided to stay the weekend. The Loden was perfect. Free cruise bikes to explore the city, Stanley Park and the seawall and close to great restaurants (though nearby good breakfast spots on weekend mornings were a challenge to come by during the weekend). The staff was amazingly attentive and helpful, particularly Jessie at the front desk. She had great suggestions for things to see and do and restaurants to visit.
Great stay at the Loden. The staff here makes this place special. We would HIGHLY recommend to others. Trip in the Loden cab was fun. We enjoyed chatting with ALL of the ataff members. Breakfast at Tableau was also a winner.
Very well located for convenient locations to seaplane departures,Gaston,Yaletown,Stanley Park and harbour wall.
The stafff are very attentive to your personal needs and comfort. A good hotel in every respect.

Placement of the hotel is perfect for getting around the city. Staff was welcoming, friendly and eager to serve. We ate only once at Tableau but the food was very tasty. Thank you so much for a wonderful week! I can not recommend this hotel enough.
From the moment we walked into the lobby, I knew we made the right choice. The staff is professional and courteous. We had just gotten off of a cruise and got to the hotel around 9:00 expecting to drop off our luggage. What a surprise to find out our room was ready. We booked through American Express fine hotels and received a room upgrade, free breakfast and a $125 hotel credit. Our room was beautiful with a great view of the city. The staff could not have been more attentive. Without a doubt, when in Vancouver again, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
