From the moment we arrived the Loden was outstanding. The personal service, attention to detail, and quality of the property were incredibly high. We were greeted curbside, our luggage whisked away and we were taken to a highly efficient check in. We were briefed on the extra benefits we were to receive and shown to a lovely room.

We dined that evening in the adjoining restaurant "Tableau" which was also outstanding. Excellent service and food and a pleasant atmosphere.

We will definitely stay at the Loden again the next time we are in Vancouver. If I could I would give them 6 stars.

The service was fantastic,amazing friendly and helpful staff. The staff was pro-active in helping me whether it is to book reservations, provide suggestions and arrange for transportation. The facilities and amenities were clean and appealing, Ldoen has a very comfortable environment. I would definitely stay there again.

Just an all-around excellent experience. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The room was great. The location was ideal. I'm not usually this positive of a person but I've got nothing but good things to say about my stay at the Loden Hotel.
