We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loden. Well located in the city to be in walking distance from the waterfront, shopping and restaurants. The Loden team were very welcoming and extremely helpful with suggestions on what to do, where to eat and how to get there. We would highly recommend the Loden and look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Vancouver.

From the moment we arrived the Loden was outstanding. The personal service, attention to detail, and quality of the property were incredibly high. We were greeted curbside, our luggage whisked away and we were taken to a highly efficient check in. We were briefed on the extra benefits we were to receive and shown to a lovely room.
We dined that evening in the adjoining restaurant "Tableau" which was also outstanding. Excellent service and food and a pleasant atmosphere.
We will definitely stay at the Loden again the next time we are in Vancouver. If I could I would give them 6 stars.

The service was fantastic,amazing friendly and helpful staff. The staff was pro-active in helping me whether it is to book reservations, provide suggestions and arrange for transportation. The facilities and amenities were clean and appealing, Ldoen has a very comfortable environment. I would definitely stay there again.

What a great find! Our first visit to Vancouver and we hit the jackpot at the Loden. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The corner room was bright and inviting. The bathroom was beautiful. Great space. The hotel has a perfect location to navigate the city. They also offer the London taxi to get you around the city. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.
