Will stay here again next time we're in Vancouver. Staff were outstanding. Restaurant was fab. Location perfect for our cruise. Free bikes from hotel for cycle around Stanley park was an added bonus..

My family stayed here for a quick getaway, and we were impressed with everything about the hotel. The rooms were clean, the gym and location were great, but the best part of this hotel was the staff. The staff is very knowledgeable and gave us great advice on tours, history and restaurants.

Very good,personalized service and caring staff.
Spider webs in the bathroom pendant lights.Also on one of my previous stays,but otherwise wonderful experiences.
We were given complimentary upgrade to a garden room which was much appreciated!

Service was incredible, always ready to help and go beyond the expected.
The location was also very good, close to the bay but also to the stores and plenty of restaurants. The room was spacious, the bed and the sheets amazing!

My husband and I were staying at the Loden while in Vancouver to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel surpasses all expectations of service. The front desk staff were so gracious and apologetic that our room was not ready because we have early check in. They took care of our car and luggage while we waited the 20 minutes. They offered tea, water and cookies while we sat in their comfortable lounge. When we had the room set they had already dropped off our luggage and some goodies to help us celebrate our special day. All the staff greet you politely, offer to help, make sure you are set each time. What a pleasant way to be treated. The room was comfortable and we could open a window to allow fresh air in which is wonderful for me. The hotel is well located for walking around to many of the sites tourists wish to see but is off any main road to limit traffic noise. I will note that there is a new building going up right next door to the Loden in 2019 and while they mitigate the times of construction - the valet parking area was often hard to navigate with the construction trucks and workers right there. Again, the staff was always attentive to this and were immediately there to assist with this. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Loden and will stay there again when I visit Vancouver next time.

Amazing staff, extremely nice and helpful!
Very comfortable rooms, with great beds and all the amenities you need.
Great location (close to everything).
And the services proposed are very convenient (london cab, bikes...)
