Wow, we felt like VIPs the whole time! The room was elegant, the staff extremely professional, the food and drinks in Tableau amazing! We felt so well taken care of and the little extras really made our stay special and comfortable.
Great location for our Vancouver stay. Comfortable room with seating area and spacious bathroom plus tea / coffee / fridge.
Bistro next door for breakfast and evening meal options. Breakfast was very tasty.
Only thing we were less happy with was the quality of the bicycles offered on loan to guests - not of the same quality and if you’re not a regular cyclist I’d suggest seeking out other options for hire in many areas of the city.
This was our first time staying at the Loden Hotel in Vancouver and it was such a lovely surprise. The location is perfect for downtown Vancouver food and entertainment. The hotel itself is very luxurious and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I have ever met a more welcoming staff! The hotel is so lovely, the amenities are over the top, the beds are so comfortable and the service is excellent. The staff truly made us feel like family. They all went out of their way to provide answers and solutions to anything we asked. We actually hated to leave to go on our Alaskan cruise! Fortunately we had planned to return to the Loden after the cruise. The staff was so happy to see us! It is a 5 star hotel with a 5 star staff.
Another exemplary stay at the Loden. The attention to detail - as always - is second to none. The chilled water service at dusk, the glassware replacement, the cleanliness (spotless). The staff is outstanding from the front desk staff to housekeeping…top to bottom. Extremely professional.
