Staff were very attentive and went above and beyond the normal expectation for customer service. Excellent view from our room 707 with two walls of floor to ceiling glass. Highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed a great couple of days here. Warm welcome when we arrived off our cruise ship at before 10.00am. Staff were all excellent.
The hotel is very well located for all you want to see in Downtown Vancouver. We had a lovely corner room with great views out over the city and surprisingly quiet for a city centre location.

Very nice clean hotel in the center of town. Walking distance to waterfront. Easy uber to Stanley Park. Loved the small touches, new candies in the room each night and pitcher of lemon water. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. After our first night we found the beds to be a bit too firm. They corrected the next day by providing additional padding to the mattress which really helped. I would recommend this hotel.
Room tip: If you are not parking a car, they offer a daily credit for breakfast from the adjacent restaurant.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Top notch room and amenities, super comfortable bed, great central location, and the most attentive and professional staff we have met at any hotel anywhere. When we come back to Vancouver we WILL stay here again.

Wow, we felt like VIPs the whole time! The room was elegant, the staff extremely professional, the food and drinks in Tableau amazing! We felt so well taken care of and the little extras really made our stay special and comfortable.

Great location for our Vancouver stay. Comfortable room with seating area and spacious bathroom plus tea / coffee / fridge.
Bistro next door for breakfast and evening meal options. Breakfast was very tasty.
Only thing we were less happy with was the quality of the bicycles offered on loan to guests - not of the same quality and if you’re not a regular cyclist I’d suggest seeking out other options for hire in many areas of the city.
Room tip: Avoid bicycles unless they have been replaced / upgraded / serviced
