Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were excellent and beds comfortable. We also dined in their restaurant - breakfast - which was very reasonably priced with a good selection of meals. Definitely worth booking a room/eating in the restaurant.
Wonderful stay. Great benefits with the Amex Fine hotels and resorts program. Staff was excellent, room was great, valet was perfect. I would definitely stay here again, Good wifi, comfy bed, excellent shower, and quiet at night. Can't think of anything that needs improvement.
Wonderful hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff- very accommodating. Delicious breakfast and also great dinner. Very comfortable room, bed. Had garden terrace room and sat outside & read surrounded by trees, flowers. Close to Stanley park& other attractions. Would definitely return

Hotel is in a great location, away from all the cruise ships and tourists. Short walking distance to great shopping areas. Their French restaurant Tableau is highly recommended, food is outstanding and has a great atmosphere at night. Room was comfortable, a little small for us, but what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. All professional and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and greeting every time we passed the front desk. ALINA and colleagues, thank you.
