Our second stay & as good as our first. Very friendly reception staff. The room was amazingly comfortable with a fantastic shower. An excellent coffee machine. We had a corner room with two great views of Vancouver. We had breakfasts, very good, in the attached restaurant. The reception staff organised our taxi. The stay couldn’t have been bettered. It is well positioned for sightseeing. This will be our choice of hotel for future visits.
Wonderful hotel! We stayed four nights a the Loden Hotel. The hotel and rooms are beautiful with lovely touches to make it feel special. I especially looked forward to the lemon water jug every day! The breakfast is lovely in the attached French restaurant and we had a wonderful meal in there on our last night. Overall a really great stay.

The staff, from the friendly faces at the front desk to the meticulous housekeeping team, leave no stone unturned when it comes to attending to the finer details.
Before even stepping into my room, I was ushered into a chic second-floor lounge—a perfect retreat to sip a beverage and catch up on some work while I waited. When it came time to enter my room, I was blown away. The bedding? Like sleeping on a cloud. The Dyson hairdryer? A game-changer. And let’s not forget the turndown service, which didn’t just offer the standard chocolate but presented an ice-cold carafe of water to ensure ultimate comfort.
We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Nice welcome, great, very clean room, lots of little amenities. Tips for the city and where to eat were implemented promptly. We liked the free bikes (for Stanley Park!), the location (close to the water AND downtown), the many nice pillows, the always friendly greeting and, above all, "our" Dyson hairdryer. This is one of the best city hotels we have ever stayed in - and we have already gotten around quite a bit. We would love to come back and recommend the hotel to others.
We had such a wonderful stay at the Loden. The reviews do not exaggerate. Look no further and just book your stay here. We are family of four who stayed in rooms 1405 and 1406. The views were great and we were treated with complimentary wine and Evian waters and snacks galore. The amenities were fantastic- heated bathroom floors, comfy beds, Dyson hairdryer, these are just a few examples of the special touches the Loden does to make your stay so memorable. Thank you for the personalized notes of welcome and the daily warm greetings by all the staff as well - the Loden has a way of simply making you feel at home and comfortable. A special shout out to David Yu, who drove us personally to a downtown restaurant with the hotel car (which is a repurposed traditional London black cab) when their driver was not on duty. And also to Stanislav Dushin who was always so polite and especially accommodating when he gave us a late check out. Also to Julia at the front desk and Julie (I think this was her name, please forgive me if it isn’t) one of the managers from the Tableau restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.
Despite the weather being pretty terrible during our first stay in Vancouver, the Loden and their staff served as our oasis and made our trip to this city wonderful overall. Thank you.
