The Loden Hotel: Where Luxury Meets Impeccable Service

If you're looking for a stay that goes beyond the ordinary, The Loden Hotel should be at the top of your list. From the moment you step through the doors, you're treated like royalty. The staff, from the friendly faces at the front desk to the meticulous housekeeping team, leave no stone unturned when it comes to attending to the finer details.

Before even stepping into my room, I was ushered into a chic second-floor lounge—a perfect retreat to sip a beverage and catch up on some work while I waited. When it came time to enter my room, I was blown away. The bedding? Like sleeping on a cloud. The Dyson hairdryer? A game-changer. And let’s not forget the turndown service, which didn’t just offer the standard chocolate but presented an ice-cold carafe of water to ensure ultimate comfort.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Nice welcome, great, very clean room, lots of little amenities. Tips for the city and where to eat were implemented promptly. We liked the free bikes (for Stanley Park!), the location (close to the water AND downtown), the many nice pillows, the always friendly greeting and, above all, "our" Dyson hairdryer. This is one of the best city hotels we have ever stayed in - and we have already gotten around quite a bit. We would love to come back and recommend the hotel to others.
