The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was huge and had a fitness class. no microwave in room if you needed one, however had a mini fridge. If you are a tv watcher, there was not much to watch, like pay per view. Across for the black ball ferry line. Very convenient to sightseeing walk around. More

Always a great stay!! Beautiful hotel and terrific location. We had a lovely room overlooking the harbour. Friendly staff, great check in and welcome by Jose at the front desk. As well, a fully equipped gym and pool. Great restaurant and lounge. Definitely 5 stars!!!

We booked a 3 night stay. Check in at the beginning of our stay was quick, staff very friendly. Hotel was Grand just like in the name. Unfortunately we were given an extremely noisy (pipes banging and clanging all night), cold room with a smoke detector directly over our bed that shone like a spot light on us all night. When we informed the front desk, no questions asked, they moved us to a gorgeous harbour view room. Wonderful view, quiet, warm and cozy, amazingly comfortable bed and pillows. The pool and spa area was very nice, clean and welcoming. Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in this area. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

The staff were so warm, welcoming and genuine. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and larger than I expected. Another bonus was the valet parking which was convenient and valuable especially with small children. I would highly recommend this hotel above all others.

Centrally located....just a short walk to the heart of Victoria sightseeing and shopping....this is our hotel of choice. Welcoming, efficient, and personable staff who will make your stay a comfortable one. Have been staying here for years....and will continue to do so!
