I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The staff welcome you with big smiles and truly care that your experience is a wonderful. The renovations in the restaurant and bar are beautiful and elegant and the food was delicious and very reasonable. Great value.

From the minute that we stepped out of our vehicle at the front door, until we checked out the following morning, we were treated with the utmost care , from the valet service, to taking our bags to the room, to the room itself, the staff at front desk upon checking in, to the staff walking around, to the absolutely amazing food served @ the Fathom Restaurant. The hotel was truly grand in every sense of the word. All the staff, at every level, aimed at making our stay memorable and wonderful.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool was huge and had a fitness class. no microwave in room if you needed one, however had a mini fridge. If you are a tv watcher, there was not much to watch, like pay per view. Across for the black ball ferry line. Very convenient to sightseeing walk around.
