I noticed many improvements particularly with their services at this lovely hotel. The staff is very welcoming. Josee deserves praise for being welcoming, hospitable, and incredibly enthusiastic. Four nights for work / then personal. Room was comfortable, we appreciated the desk and the two relatively comfortable chairs. Double queen room with a view of the museum. From the balcony we got more of a view of the harbour. Staff was friendly and helpful with booking and billing. Across from the ferry terminal you can hear the horn from the ferry multiple times a day - this was mostly charming for us but you may want to bring ear plugs if you might be sleeping in the day. Restaurant and lounge were nice looking but we did not try it. Had breakfast from the cafe first day which was delicious but pricey. We made the short walk for groceries to Red Barn and Thrifty's and took advantage of the fridge in the room for the other days breakfast. A reasonable walk into "downtown" / across the harbour 10-15 minutes for most places is a fairly pleasant walk along the waterfront. My first time traveling out of province since 2019 and it was a very nice stay. I would definitely stay here again, but I am probably too frugal to pay the advertised rate if we hadn't had a corporate rate arranged. (It's a much nicer place than we normally stay lol)

The room was gorgeous and modern, with a beautiful view of the harbour. Friendly and efficient staff went the extra mile to make our stay perfect! Fathom is a must for dinner, as well as the new whisky lounge. Can't wait to come back!

From the moment we walked in everything was exceptional. From the welcoming staff, the amazing room and to top it off the newly renovated restaurant and whiskey bar were top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was perfectly comfortable, we all enjoyed the pool, delicious food and excellent service. Fathom lounge and restaurant was great. We dined there every morning and met friends in the lounge. Food and drinks were top notch.

I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The staff welcome you with big smiles and truly care that your experience is a wonderful. The renovations in the restaurant and bar are beautiful and elegant and the food was delicious and very reasonable. Great value.
