Especially nice taking young grdchildren for short/medium length visits. Annual passes perfect for this purpose -- good Xmas gift!

I have lived in Victoria for 40+ years, and I still love this museum!! You can spend all day and learn so much. They have different feature exhibits and they are always top notch! I would highly recommend it!

This is an exceptionally well designed exhibit. On display is an almost completely preserved woolly mamouth baby...it is hard to believe. Children will enjoy learning about evolution when they see these displays. adults will enjoy it too! There was another exhibit about native languages that are being saved. The other exhibit is about BC history with great realistic displays. And then here are the amazing totem poles outside.

Only had time to do BC history and some First Nations and we were very entertained. Nice dioramas and exhibits. Just a peek at the Mammoth exhibit, would have liked to do more. Definitely worth a visit when in Victoria!
