We went here because it was the long weekend and it was all we could get... We're so happy we did!!! Fantastic: sweet, charming place on a quiet street, but really close to downtown. The house has been lovingly restored and the room was very comfortable! It's definitely worth getting up and partaking in the breakfast which was 2 courses and done impeccably. It was a perfect day outside so we had it on the balcony while listening to the birds chirping and enjoying the perfectly manicured gardens all around. Also, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will want to come back for sure! It was even reasonably priced with complimentary cookies and pop, beer, port etc!!!

This is a beautiful B&B with an amazingly friendly and accommodating staff, situated in a very nice area which isn't too far a walk from downtown Victoria if you're in reasonable shape. If you like staying in heritage homes with lots of warmth and creature comforts this place is for you. We stayed in the Rose Room which was ornate and quiet. Had the best sleep I've had in years. Really enjoyed the complimentary snacks and other goodies. Worth every penny and would definitely come back for another stay.

My husband & I had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights in the Primrose room at the Abbeymoore Manor and loved it! Our room was very comfortable, relaxing & elegant; our sleep quality was just excellent. The b&b is beautifully appointed in the historic Rockland neighbourhood-- we especially enjoyed walking through the area to explore the nearby sites. We loved all of the extras that were provided to make our stay seamless: complimentary snacks, treats & drinks, toiletries, free parking space, refrigerator use; sample restaurant menus; etc. We also enjoyed meeting Jeff who was an engaging & gracious host; his staff Georgie & Henry were warm & friendly as well. The delicious breakfasts were satisfying and the entire property is quite impressive with a wonderful, lounging living room that guests can all enjoy.
Great stay, would revisit again & definitely recommend!!

This is a beautiful B&B in a lovely leafy area. Easy walking distance to the gardens surrounding government house and Craigdarroch Castle. The host, Jeff, was very eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible and was great fun to be around. The breakfasts were exceptional and we looked forward to them each day. The extra treats, port and chocolates we also much enjoyed.
We stayed in the Rose Room with the fireplace and loved it – very large bed, plenty of windows and lots of space for a very comfortable stay. We'll be back for sure.

Room Tip: The Rose Room with fireplace is delightful. We saw all the rooms on the upper floor and they all look great, you can't go wrong.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Abbeymoore Manor for a weekend in March -- to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary. We had a delightful time. Jeff and Georgie made sure all our needs were taken care of at every turn. The house is gorgeous, the rooms were perfect (we stayed in the beautiful Lilac), breakfast was scrumptious, and our weekend couldn't have been better. A great stay in a great location. Thanks, Abbeymoore! Can't wait to come back!
