I think there was little thought put into the interior of the Memorial Centre. It's unfriendly and feels like a cavernous room of seats.

But what are you to do if you want to see a show? I've seen small shows and large shows and unless you have really good seats the shows are generally unsatisfying.

It's not very intimate and at times the sound is atrocious. I have seen skating and curling and it's a bit better but still some thought could have gone into making it more inviting and user friendly.

Plus that outside sculpture is atrocious!

I lucked out with great seats ! Smaller arena, so pretty good seats everywhere, sold out concert ! The bathroom seemed clean. Wasn't keen on the massive lineup for water !! There should be a fast moving drinks only lineup !

We attended the Sarah McLachlan concert this past week, which was money well spent! The concert was set-up to utilize half of the area & the fans were treated to a fun evening with Sarah! Sound system was first class which was a treat for all that attended. Only issue we had was the cost for 1 small beer & 4 oz. of wine for $14.75, which would have been acceptable if it was cold with flavour??

In the event of a fire how do you get people with disabilities off the top floor when they are unable to have use of the elevators and they are secured in a scooter or wheelchair!!
